How to use this product

1. Wet the hair and scalp thoroughly with warm water.
2. Apply a small amount of Capasal Herbal Shampoo to the scalp.
3. Gently massage into the scalp to create a lather.
4. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
5. Repeat the application if directed by the product leaflet.
6. Use according to the instructions on the packaging or as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist.

Avoid contact with the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
