Cystopurin Cranberry Sachets are used to treat the symptoms of cystitis. Used to effectively relieve symptoms of cystitis such as a burning sensation and stinging when passing urine. Cystitis is very common in women, with over 80% of women experiencing the condition at some point in their lifetime. The active ingredient in Cystopurin sachets will help lower the pH of the urine to quickly relieve this irritating condition. In men, cystopurin is much less common and should be referred to your GP for assessment. For most women, cystitis is easily treeated without visiting a doctor.

What is Cystitus? 

Cystitus is defined as an inflammation of the bladder causing it to become red, swollen or irritated. The majority of cystitus cases are caused by a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI). This is caused when bacteria enters the bladder or urethra and multiples. This bacteria causes inflammation and then causes an infection within the body. PharmaDirect.ie medical experts also highlight that Cystitus does not always occur from an infection, certain medicines and hygiene products may also cause inflammation.  Treatment for Cystitus depends on the underlying cause and severity of the condition. Most cases are acute and can be treated at home with Cystopurin Potassium.

How to use this product

Adults and children over 6 years of age can use Cystopurin.

Empty the contents of one sachet into a glass of water (200ml) and stir until granules have dissolved in the water.

Take one sachet, three times daily for two days to complete the treatment course.

If symptoms persist longer than 48hrs, consult your doctor.

Each Cystopurin Sachet provides 3g Potassium Citrate as the active ingredient, with a natural cranberry flavour.

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.
