How to use this product

Always read the patient information leaflet before taking Clarityn Allergy Tablets.

Adults and children aged 12 years and over:

• The usual dose is one 10mg tablet once daily.

Children aged 2–12 years:

• Tablet suitability and dosing depend on body weight.
• The 10mg tablet is generally suitable only for children weighing more than 30kg, where permitted by the product leaflet.
• Children weighing 30kg or less may require a different formulation.

Swallow the tablet with water. It may be taken with or without food.

Important: Do not exceed the recommended dose. Follow the current Irish patient information leaflet for full dosing instructions, age restrictions and precautions.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
