Calpol 0.9% Saline Nasal Spray is a gentle, non-medicated saline solution designed to help relieve blocked and congested noses. It works by helping to thin and loosen nasal mucus, making it easier to clear the nasal passages and breathe more comfortably.

Containing 0.9% sodium chloride (saline), the spray can be useful when nasal congestion is associated with colds and other everyday causes of a stuffy nose. As it contains no active decongestant medicine, it provides a simple way to cleanse and moisturise the nasal passages.

How to use this product

Remove the protective cap and follow the instructions supplied with the product. Insert the nozzle gently into the nostril and apply the recommended amount. Repeat in the other nostril as required.

Clean the nozzle after use and replace the protective cap. For hygiene reasons, the spray should only be used by one person.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
