How to use this product

Babies: Cleanse and dry the affected area, smooth on Caldesene after each nappy change or as directed by a doctor.Adults: Apply to affected areas as required or as directed by a doctor. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any undesirable effects after using this product.

Active Ingredients

Ensure the skin is clean and thoroughly dry before use. Apply the powder gently to the required area according to the directions provided on the packaging or accompanying leaflet. Avoid creating or inhaling clouds of powder.

Important Information

For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes, nose and mouth. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Always read the label and accompanying instructions carefully before use.

If irritation develops, persists or worsens, discontinue use and seek advice from your pharmacist or doctor.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed.

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
