How to use this product

At each nappy change, gently clean and thoroughly dry your baby’s skin. Apply a thin, even layer of Caldease Nappy Rash Ointment to the nappy area as directed on the packaging.

Always wash your hands before and after application.

Important Information

For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Always read the product label and follow the directions for use.

Keep out of the reach and sight of children. If your baby’s skin becomes severely irritated, symptoms persist or you have concerns about the rash, speak to your pharmacist, GP or other healthcare professional.

At Pharmadirect, we are pleased to offer FREE delivery on orders over €60 to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Orders under €60 have a delivery fee of €5.95.

For our customers in the Killarney, Co. Kerry area, we offer a FREE Click & Collect service also.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed.

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
