Additional Info: Burnshield Hydrogel Dressing 10cm x 10cm The Burnshield Dressing is an emergency, foam dressing soaked in a sterile gel, supplied in a foil pouch. It absorbs and dissipates heat which minimises burn damage. The dressing provides cooling for pain relief and shock reduction, while also being clear, making it easy to assess the wound. The gel in the Burnshield Dressing is non-stick and will not adhere to wound. It is a natural anti-bacterial and it reduces infection. The dressing is non-toxic, non-irritant and is also safe to use on Children. This dressing provides heat dissipation and conforms to the wound area. It is as fibreless elastic open-cell foam sheeting for wound covering and it has gel retention. Uses A burn takes a second to occur and a lifetime to heal if treated incorrectly. The first 24 hours are the most crucial as a burn progresses and deepens over time. Applying Burnshield in the first 24 hours minimises damage. Burnshield is suitable for all types of burns including fire, thermal & scalding, chemical, radiation and electrical burns. Application Open the sterile package Remove the Burnshield Dressing from the package Apply the dressing over the wounded area Secure the dressing with a non-absorbent bandage Re-apply to prevent the wound from dehydrating Seek medical attention

Returns Policy: Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed.
Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.
For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.
