Brupro Max 400mg Ibuprofen Tablets provide effective relief from pain and inflammation. Each film-coated tablet contains 400mg of ibuprofen, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that helps relieve pain and reduce inflammation.

Brupro Max is suitable for adults and children over 12 years and can be used for the management of muscular pain, backache, dental pain and period pain.

How to use this product

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 tablet, then if necessary take a further 1 tablet every 4–6 hours.

Do not take more than 3 tablets in 24 hours.

Swallow with a glass of water. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration necessary to relieve symptoms.

Children under 12 years: Not recommended.

Active Ingredients

Each film-coated tablet contains 400mg Ibuprofen.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed.

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
