Containing thyme herb extract, Bronchostop Pastilles offer a convenient option for cough relief at home or while you're on the go. The pastilles have a pleasant berry flavour and are designed to dissolve slowly in the mouth.

Suitable for adults, the elderly and children aged 12 years and over.

How to use this product

Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years: Take 1–2 pastilles every 4 hours, 4 times a day.

If required, up to a maximum of 12 pastilles per day may be taken.

Allow the pastille to dissolve slowly in the mouth by sucking.

Do not exceed the stated dose. If symptoms persist, worsen or do not improve after 7 days, consult a doctor, pharmacist or other qualified healthcare professional.

Important Information

Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

Do not take if you are allergic to thyme, other members of the mint (Lamiaceae) family or any of the other ingredients.

Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding is not recommended due to insufficient data.

If you develop difficulty breathing, fever or purulent sputum, seek advice from a doctor or qualified healthcare professional.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
