How to use this product

Unscrew and remove the cap.  When using for the first time, reverse the cap, engage with the nozzle, twist and remove the seal from the tube. 

Adults: Use an amount the size of a cherry or walnut and rub gently into the skin over the affected site.  Apply 3-4 times daily to the affected area of skin.  Do not use for longer than 7 days.  Wash hands after use (unless the are the site being treated). Not recommended for use in children under 14.  If symptoms persist for longer than 7 days, consult your doctor.  Before use, read the enclosed leaflet carefully. Do not use if: you have every had an asthma attack wheezing urticaria runny nose after taking aspirin or other NSAID pain/anti-inflammatory medicine. you are allergic or sensitive to diclofenac or other ingredient of the gel you are already taking diclofenac or other NSAID tablets.

Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, suffer from asthma, have had a stomach or duodenal ulcer, or are taking any other medicines whether or not they are prescribed. Do not apply to cuts, wounds, sunburned or other area where the skin is abnormal, or near the eyes or nasal area.  Do not cover with a bandage or plaster.  Read package leaflet before use.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
