How to use this product: Carefully tear open the pouch when ready for use. **It may take up to 30 minutes for ThermaCare to reach its therapeutic temperature.** Place over painful area with darker discs toward skin and press down adhesive tabs ensuring not to get anything on them such as lotions, oils or gels to prevent sticking. For maximum effectiveness, we recommend you use ThermaCare HeatWraps for up to 8 hours. The wrap will provide 8 hours of relief after the wrap is removed. Dispose of a used wrap in your regular household waste. If you are 55 or over, please wear ThermaCare over a layer of clothing, and do not wear whilst sleeping. You must be over 18 to purchase this product. Always read the label carefully before use.

Returns Policy: Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed.
Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.
For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.
Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
