Topical treatments are a common and effective way of killing mild fungal nail as it may progress to become more severe, at which point it is important to consult a healthcare professional. Treating fungal nail can be frustrating as it is often a lengthy process and the infection can recur. It can also take a long time for the nail's appearance to show any signs of improvement. The two-in-one treatment from Scholl designed to ease this frustration. The easy-to-use device is scientifically proven to effectively treat nail fungus, help prevent the spread and recurrence of infection, and help improve the appearance of the nail. It is a two-step treatment system, comprising of 5 disposable nail files along with an ‘Nail Liquid' that has been developed to effectively treat fungal nail infections and help prevent the spread of infection and recurrence. The first step is the treatment phase, to treat the fungus over 4 weeks. The next step is the protection phase which lasts until the nail has grown-out to help protect the nails against re-infection.

**Republic Of Ireland and Northern Ireland**

We strive to dispatch all products as quickly as possible. Orders will be dispatched via our shipping partners DPD Ireland to addresses on the Island of Ireland (Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland).

Email confirmation with a tracking number is typically emailed once the order is dispatched from our offices.

Where products for the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland are ordered before 3pm - delivery is usually made the next working day, however, this CANNOT be guaranteed.

**United Kingdom (UK) Orders - 2021 Brexit Update** 

As of October 18th 2021 we NO LONGER ship to the United Kingdom (Excluding NI). Our management team will keep this decision under constant review and we apologise for any inconvenience caused to you. 

**International Orders**

We use UPS for all International Orders outside of the Island of Ireland (ROI & NI). Delivery times & charges may vary depending on your country & location within that region. Please do not hesitate to email us on hello@pharmadirect.ie if you have any specific queries in relation to International orders. 

We are always trying to re-negotiate our delivery charges with courier providers & will try to offer the best prices possible to our customers.

**Click and Collect**

Click and Collect is avalibale. Select "Pick Up At Pharmacy" when checking out. You can then collect your order at a time that is suitable for you from our store, Sheahans Pharmacy, in Killarney, County Kerry. Our store is open Monday to Saturday 9am - 6pm and Sundays and Bank Holidays 11am - 1pm.  

Please note orders are only prepared Monday to Friday.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.75 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.

What is fungal nail? Fungal nail is surprisingly common; it is an invasion of fungal species underneath the nail. The fungi are passed from person to person by direct contact and are carried by carpets, socks, shoes and hosiery. Is this product right for me? Scholl Fungal Nail Treatment is suitable for treating mild fungal nail conditions. What are the symptoms? Yellow/brownish discolouration of the nail White 'islands' on the surface of the nail The appearance of the nail is rougher, more brittle and with ridges Mild fungal infection is when: The symptoms have not persisted for longer than two years The discolouration has not covered the whole surface of the nail The symptoms are not shown in more than two toes       How does Fungal Nail Treatment work? Phase 1: Treatment Phase (4 weeks) To treat the nail fungus Week 1 - File the nail surface once a week Dispose of the file after use Apply the advanced liquid to the infected nail daily Repeat for weeks 2, 3 & 4 Phase 2: Protection Phase (9 months) To prevent spreading & protect from recurrence Apply the advanced liquid to the infected nail once a week for 9 months or until the discolouration has grown out. What are the visible results? At the end of the Treatment Phase the level of discolouration on the nail is reduced. After 9-12 months which is the average length of time a toenail takes to grow-out completely, the discolouration will have disappeared and nails will have recovered with no signs of fungal infection. WARNING Avoid contact with eyes and skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Always replace cap after use. To avoid the spread of infection, never reuse files. For external use only: Do not use on broken skin or any other foot conditions. Keep out of reach of children.
