XLS-Medical Max Strength is a certified medical device for effective weight management, when taken in combination with a balanced diet and regular physical activity. It has a well-established safety profile and tolerability. There are no added artificial colourings, flavourings, salt or preservatives.

How to use this product

Only recommended for adults over 18 years of age. The use of this product by adolescents 12-18 years old is subject to the supervision of healthcare professionals.

Take 2 tablets with liquid before 2 main meals of the day. During consumption of XLS-Medical Max Strength we recommend you drink adequate liquid during the day.

Do not exceed 4 tablets a day.

Clavitanol™, a plant-based proprietary patented complex, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), tri-calcium phosphate, magnesium stearate.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
