Upon result a digital certificate is issued through Randox Healthcare on the result of either a Positive/Negative antigen test,
This ia a quick and easy process to receive certification of a Postive/ Negative coronavirus antigen test result from the comfort of your own home.

How to use this product: RANDOX STEP BY STEP PROCESS VIDEO?
Step 1- Purchase the Randox Antigen / Lateral Flow Test from Pharmadirect.ie and wait for delivery.
Step 2- Download the Randox Certifly App from Google Playstore or Apple App Store.
Step 3- Scan your passport and register your details on the Randox Certifly app.
Step 4- Conduct the antigen test as per the instructions given inside the box, wait between 15 & 30mins for a result.
Step 5- On completion of the antigen test, Scan the results using Randox Certifly App and receive digital certificate almost instantly or within a max of three hours by email & within the application.

Returns Policy: Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed.
Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.
For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.
