Mueller Instant Cold Pack  The Mueller Instant Cold Packs are convenient and ready whenever you need them. The packs can be activated instantly, and no refrigeration is needed, making this the ideal pack for in situations where ice is not available, or you don’t have time for refrigeration. These fast-acting cold compresses are ideal for sports injuries or first aid and takes less than 30 seconds to start cooling. The Mueller Instant Cold Packs can be used to help relieve pain and swelling. For single use only. After use, this pack should be disposed of. Uses The Mueller Instant Cold Pack is used to help relieve pain and swelling. Application Shake contents to bottom of bag. Break It– Hold away from body and squeeze the sides together with both hands to break the inner bag. Mix It– Shake the pack vigorously for at least 30 seconds to mix it Wrap It– Wrap or cover the pack with protective material Apply it – Apply pack to the affected area Time it – Alternating Application: Put the cold pack on for 15 minutes, then leave the cold pack off for 15 minutes Follow standard “R.I.C.E. therapy” – rest, apply ice, compression and elevate Consult physician if pain persists

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
